Delivery
Cuddle Me Close uses standard Royal Mail delivery services, unless otherwise stated at point of ordering. The minimum charge for postage and packaging is £3.50 within mainland UK. At the checkout, your basket will detail the actual cost of postage and packaging before you confirm your order. It is our intention to send out all items purchased within 48 hours of ordering via First Class post, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays in Royal Mail services. Please note that proof of postage is obtained with every package sent, although this is not a Recorded Delivery service. Should you require your items to be sent by Recorded Delivery, please contact us to arrange this (an additional cost would be applied). Cuddle Me Close is happy to ship items to destinations outside of mainland UK, therefore please contact us with further details to allow us to provide delivery options and costs.
Cancellation
You reserve the right to cancel your order within seven days from receipt of goods. You must notify us of your intention to do so in writing. All goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused and in their original undamaged packaging, with all relevant instructions. Should a product be returned in what we consider to be an unsaleable condition, we will deem that you have accepted the item and this cancellation policy will not apply. Please note that you will be responsible for the delivery costs if returning items that are not faulty.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Cuddle Me Close hopes that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return or exchange an item then you may do so within 28 days of purchase, provided it is returned unused, in its original packaging, and with all relevant instructions. The customer is responsible for return delivery costs, and is asked to package all items carefully. We strongly recommend that any returned items are sent to us via Recorded or Special Delivery, to ensure proof of postage and insurance of items should they not be received by us. Please note that Cuddle Me Close will not accept responsibility for any returned items that we do not receive. If the item purchased is faulty then a full refund will be given upon return, or an exchange item will be posted to you at our expense. Should we consider that the returned item has been used or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund or none at all, depending upon its returned condition. Should you wish to exchange a product, please note that exchanges are subject to a £3.50 delivery surcharge.

Please note that all orders are subject to availability. We endeavour where possible to notify the customer at point of order where an item is out of stock. Should an item be unavailable, we are happy to reserve it for you and advise of the earliest date of delivery to you. In the event of special order items, we will advise you of an estimated delivery time. Cuddle Me Close reserves the right to change its prices at any time.

All transactions made to Cuddle Me Close through our website go via PayPal. Please refer to their buyer terms and conditions with regard to buyer protection and data security. We will not share your personal information with any third party.
